  19. Modem seems to connect and work ok initially 
  20. but.........................

  22. When running ws_ftp it hangs up on downloads after 200k approx
  23. Also when updating news groups in Win-Vn.
  24. Also long graphics pages hang sometimes...
  25. Seems like it dosen't like continuous data flow very well.
  26. Once in  awhile I can download a 300-500k file before it 
  27. hangs....rare

  29. I know its not my internet provider... my desktop works 
  30. flawlessly.

  32. When I try to restart I get "modem not responding" in trumpet

  57. Don't understand online status detection DCD vs DSR..... Tried

  60. I have worked on this problem many hours and I need some expert 
  61. help.
  62. I need to be able to download files/info
  63. I need my computer & modem to make a living.

  65. BTW: I tried my friends identical modem and get the same 
  66. problems
  67.           so don't think it is a faulty modem---both could be 
  68. bad I guess.
